The Lost Hero

Recently I read the book, The Lost Hero. It is a thrilling expansion of the loved Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan. It is about a boy named Jason who finds himself sitting on a bus holding hands with a girl, Piper, that he has never met and a boy, Leo, sitting in the next bench laughing. He is then encountered through a series of events that lead to him saving the world. As Hephaestus said "Nothing lasts forever, not even the best machines. And everything can be reused."

  2. This book has been gaining in popularity. I listened to some of the Percy Jackson series on CD, and they were pretty exciting with nonstop action. However, sometimes I don't like to revisit the same settings and plot ideas with different characters.

  3. I have seen a lot of kids reading this book. The book sounds good, the cover is cool, and the author is a pretty good writer. I think that I will read it sometime.

  4. Interesting quote on your book review. I like it because it is so true! I really like this book review... because I have a dog named Leo, So I can relate. No jk! I hate it because everyone tells me I should read this book. I have heard so many good things about it, and I might just have to read so everyone leaves me alone. I just hate reading so much... So ya. Nice book review

  8. I've never read that book, but I have occasionally thought about it, yet every time I do, I remember I'm in the middle of reading Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, Fablehaven, Fablehaven 2, or Fablehaven 3 (which I'm currently reading). I get myself in a series, and I completely forget about me thinking about "The Lost Hero". The day I finish Fablehaven 5, I'll remember this comment and check out the book. I can't wait to read it!

  9. Ok, I forgot about that last comment, but I'm still reading it now anyway. It is turning to be a very cool book! It is the time of the Greeks forming to the Romans. I love it!
